How much does UK Delivery cost?

Standard UK Delivery Over £50 - FREE - 3-5 business days

Under £30 - £3.99 - 3-5 business days

Express Delivery - £4.99 - 1-3 business days

Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm – Excludes Sundays (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland) Under 2kg - £10.99

Over 2kg - £19.99 - Next Day by 1pm

International Tracked EU - £9.99 - 5-10 business days

International Tracked non-EU - £14.99 - 5-10 business days

How will my order be delivered?

Orders will be dispatched and shipped by courier Hermes by the next working day. Depending on the time of your order, we may be able to dispatch it on the same day.

International orders will be sent using BPost International Tracked. Please note, larger orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes.

Can I track my order?

You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked and signed UK orders. Please contact us at to request your tracking information when using BPost.

Does the package need to be signed for?

Only packages sent via Special Delivery will need to be signed for by the recipient.  If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a contact card should be left by the delivery person inviting the recipient to get in touch with them and reschedule a new delivery at a suitable time.

Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?

Unfortunately we are not able to arrange a specific delivery date via the automated system. Please contact us for any specific request and we’ll do all we can.


You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

All goods must be returned unused and with their original undamaged packaging with all contents included for a refund to be granted. 

Please include your name and order number, and brief statement of the reason for return and if you would prefer an replacement, alternative product or refund.

You will bear the cost of the return shipment.


All products sold by Hommeporium are premium quality products and carry manufacturer’s warranty to cover any issues.

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 30 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf. We will refund the shipment fees.

Beyond the first 30 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the relevant manufacture products and you will need to contact them directly. Please get in touch so we can assist you with any issues you have.
